Communication Information

Directory Listings (Providers Only)
If you are a liquidity provider or bridge operator who has agreed to be listed on the Dealers Connect directory, your company profile and contact details will be publicly accessible to registered platform members.
Member Introductions
With your explicit consent, we may facilitate introductions between members and service providers whose offerings match your stated needs.
Legal & Regulatory
We may disclose data when required to do so by law, court order, or a regulatory authority; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Dealers Connect, our members, or the public.
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

- Closed accounts: Core account data is retained for up to 7 years following closure to satisfy legal and regulatory requirements
- Communications: Correspondence is retained for up to 3 years from the date of last contact
- Analytics data: Aggregated, anonymised analytics data may be retained indefinitely
Where data is no longer required, we will securely delete or anonymise it in accordance with our internal data disposal procedures.
