Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Dealers Connect platform, website, and any associated services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Dealers Connect ("we", "us", or "our").

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (or, if acting on behalf of an organisation, that organisation) and Dealers Connect. Your continued use of the Service following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the Dealers Connect website, web application, and any associated tools or integrations
• "Member" means an individual who has registered for and been granted access to a Dealers Connect account
• "Provider" means a liquidity provider, bridge operator, or other financial technology or service company that maintains a listing on the Dealers Connect directory
• "Content" means any text, data, information, profiles, listings, ratings, reviews, images, or other material submitted to or displayed on the Platform
• "Community" means the private Dealers Connect Telegram groups, forums, and other member-only channels
• "Service" means the Platform, Community, and all features, tools, and services provided by Dealers Connect

To use the Dealers Connect Service, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a professional operating in, or seeking to engage with, the financial services industry — including but not limited to forex brokerage, dealing desk operations, proprietary trading, fund management, financial technology, or related fields
• Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on your own behalf or on behalf of any organisation you represent
• Not be a resident of, or acting on behalf of an entity based in, a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive international sanctions
• Not have previously had a Dealers Connect account suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms

We reserve the right to verify your professional credentials and to decline or revoke access at our sole discretion where eligibility criteria are not met.

Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at info@dealersconnect.pro if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

One Account Per User

Each individual may hold only one active Dealers Connect account. Creating multiple accounts or sharing account access with other individuals is prohibited. Provider companies may maintain a separate company listing in addition to individual team member accounts.

Profile Accuracy

You must ensure that your profile information accurately reflects your current professional role and affiliation. Misrepresentation of your identity, credentials, or organisational affiliation is grounds for immediate account termination.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Posting false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent information about any person, company, or service
• Harvesting, scraping, or systematically downloading platform data, member profiles, or directory listings for commercial purposes without our express written consent
• Sending unsolicited commercial communications ("spam") to other members via any platform feature or through contact information obtained from the platform
• Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, other user accounts, or our systems
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any other harmful code
• Using the Service for any purpose that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service
• Using automated means (bots, crawlers, scrapers) to access or interact with the Service without our written permission

Our Intellectual Property

All content on the Dealers Connect platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, imagery, software, and directory data — is the property of Dealers Connect or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Your Content

By submitting content to the platform (including profile information, reviews, comments, or forum posts), you grant Dealers Connect a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with operating and promoting the Service. You retain ownership of your content and may request its removal at any time, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Content Standards

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of content you submit. Content must not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, contain confidential information belonging to a third party, or violate applicable law.

Third-Party Content

The Service may include links to, or content from, third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or content of third-party sites, and linking to them does not imply our endorsement.

The Dealers Connect directory contains profiles of liquidity providers, bridge operators, and related financial technology providers. The following terms apply specifically to listed providers:

Accuracy of Listings

Providers are responsible for ensuring that all information contained in their directory listing — including company details, service descriptions, regulatory status, and technical specifications — is accurate, current, and not misleading. Dealers Connect reserves the right to verify, edit, or remove listing content that we reasonably believe to be inaccurate or in breach of these Terms.

No Endorsement

The inclusion of a provider in the Dealers Connect directory does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or approval by Dealers Connect of that provider's services, products, or business practices. Users are responsible for independently verifying the suitability of any provider for their specific needs.

Regulatory Status

Providers must ensure their listing accurately reflects their current regulatory status and authorisations. Dealers Connect is not responsible for verifying or maintaining up-to-date regulatory information for listed providers.

No Advisory Relationship

Nothing in the platform, directory, or any introductions facilitated by Dealers Connect constitutes financial, legal, investment, or regulatory advice. Any commercial relationship entered into between members and providers is entirely between those parties.

Access to the Dealers Connect private community — including Telegram groups, invite-only events, and member forums — is a privilege granted at our discretion and subject to the following community standards:

• Professional conduct: Engage respectfully and professionally at all times. Personal attacks, harassment, or discriminatory language will not be tolerated
• No unsolicited promotion: Sales pitches, spam, or unsolicited promotional content are prohibited. Community spaces are for substantive professional exchange only
• Confidentiality: Content shared within private community channels is intended for members only. Sharing, redistributing, or publishing private community discussions without consent is prohibited
• No market manipulation: Discussions that could facilitate market manipulation, insider trading, or other unlawful trading activities are strictly prohibited
• Accurate identification: Members must represent themselves and their organisations accurately in all community interactions

We reserve the right to remove any member from the community, with or without notice, for violations of these standards or for conduct we deem incompatible with maintaining a high-quality professional environment.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dealers Connect expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any information presented on the platform, including provider listings and directory data
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components
• Warranties regarding the outcome of any introduction, connection, or commercial relationship facilitated through the platform

The information available through the Service is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or regulatory advice. You should seek independent professional advice before making any financial or commercial decision based on information found on this platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dealers Connect and its directors, employees, partners, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenues, business, data, or goodwill
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform
• Losses arising from the conduct or services of any provider listed on the platform
• Losses arising from any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to or alteration of your data

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Service shall not exceed the greater of (i) the amount you have paid to Dealers Connect in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (ii) USD 100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Termination by You

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at info@dealersconnect.pro. Upon account closure, your access to the Service and Community will be revoked. Some data may be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations.

Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the Service at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms or our community standards
• Conduct that we reasonably believe to be harmful to other members, providers, or the platform
• Extended periods of account inactivity
• Requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities
• Cessation of the Service or a material change in its scope

Where practicable, we will provide reasonable advance notice before terminating an account for reasons other than a serious breach. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 9, 10, and 12) shall survive any termination of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the courts of [Jurisdiction], to whose jurisdiction you irrevocably submit.

Notwithstanding the above, we reserve the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our intellectual property rights or confidential information.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Notify registered members via email at least 14 days before the revised Terms take effect
• Display a prominent notice on the platform for at least 30 days following publication

If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must stop using the Service before the effective date of the changes. Your continued use of the Service after revised Terms become effective constitutes your binding acceptance of those Terms.
